Delete your account

From the app, straight away

This is the quickest way, and it needs no waiting: the account is removed the moment you confirm.

Open RideLog, go to Account, then tap Delete account.

By email, if you no longer have the app

Uninstalled RideLog, or changed phone? Write to us from the email address of your account and we will delete it for you.

Write from the address you signed in with, so that we can tell it is really your account. If you cannot, tell us which address the account uses and we will get in touch to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name and email address
• The trips you published, with their routes
• The photos attached to those trips
• Your access tokens, so every device is signed out

What stays on your phone

Your vehicles, trips, refuelling, servicing, expenses and documents live in your phone's storage, not on our servers: deleting the account does not touch them. To remove those, delete them in the app or uninstall it. Export them first if you want to keep a copy.

How long it takes

Deletion from the app is immediate. A request by email is handled within 30 days, and normally much sooner. We will write back to confirm once it is done.
