These Terms of Service are owned by Giani Dimitri who reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and without notice obligation.
It is your responsibility and duty to keep yourself updated regarding changes to these terms.
These Terms of Service represent the agreement between the purchaser of RideLog and Giani Dimitri.
By using the application or subscribing to the Premium service, you understand and accept these Terms of Service.
Service Description
RideLog is an iOS application that allows you to monitor your car, creating estimates of user trips and other data entered by the user themselves such as fuel refills.
This data is used to create statistics, forecasts and estimates.
Giani Dimitri does not collect this data which remains stored within the user’s device.
Giani Dimitri assumes no responsibility for the data stored and generated by the application.
Use of Service
You cannot use RideLog for illegal purposes. You cannot use RideLog to violate any law (including Copyright law).
As a user of the application you are responsible for all data that you enter in the application itself.
Uncivil behavior towards members, developers or employees of RideLog is not permitted, and appropriate measures will be taken in case of problems.
Hacking, modification or reuse of the application or its related components is not permitted without the express authorization of Giani Dimitri.
Confidential Data
Due to the nature of the application, the data tracked, stored and generated by the application is saved within the application itself.
Giani Dimitri knows that some of this data may be confidential and for this reason it is not collected and sent to any server.
Once the application is deleted or reset, all data will be lost.
Giani Dimitri is not responsible for any data stored within Apple’s servers.
RideLog App Terms of Use
By using the application or subscribing to the Premium service you accept the Terms of Service.
Warranties and Liability
Giani Dimitri does not guarantee:
- that the application will not be interrupted, will always be responsive, will always be secure and error/problem-free;
- that the application can solve every problem and meet everyone’s needs;
- that the results obtained through the application will always be reliable;
- that the application, information or other services purchased or otherwise will meet everyone’s needs;
You understand and accept that Giani Dimitri is not responsible for any problem, incident, consequence, loss of profit, loss of data in case of:
- use or inability to use the application;
- unauthorized access or alteration of data in the application;
- statements or conduct of third-party systems;
- other matters related to the application;
Subscription
RideLog is a subscription service with a free trial period. Download the app for free and try it without limitations and without having to register. At the end of the trial period you can choose whether to continue using the application as a subscription or in limited version.
Information about your data will never be deleted from RideLog, regardless of your subscription status. If you do not have an active subscription you can continue to use the app in limited mode.
The amount will be charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription will automatically renew unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be made to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off automatic renewal from your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be cancelled when you purchase a subscription.
